What it is and how it works:
The crankshaft position sensor monitors the position and speed of the crankshaft and sends this data to the ECU (Engine Control Unit). The ECU uses this information to manage fuel injection and ignition timing accurately.
If not replaced, what happens:
Engine may fail to start or start with difficulty
"Check Engine" light turns on
Engine stalls or runs unevenly
Increased fuel consumption
Loss of engine power and smoothness
Diagnostic scan reveals crankshaft sensor error codes
How Clean Car Customer solves it:
✅ We run a full diagnostic check to locate the fault
✅ Replace the faulty sensor with a genuine high-quality part
✅ Recalibrate the ECU to match the new sensor
✅ Perform engine tests and road checks to ensure full functionality
Result: Reliable starting, smooth engine operation, and optimized fuel usage.
